Zariel's Favors

I have been getting this item randomly throughout the game, from various mobs in the new mod and from epic dungeon's. It appears to be a currency, although for what I am unsure. The maximum limit when inspected is 200. I am right now at 15, but have started getting Zariel's Favors as a blank inventory item with only Place Holder written upon it. When receiving this item, it is accompanied by a "you already have all the items in this pack" message. I don't know what these are, but since they have Place Holder written on them i am pretty sure that something is bugged or incomplete here.
