Protectors speech chest bug

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
I ran the protectors speech dungeon 5 times and the chest would not open for me. I find it to be a waste of time if I can't collect my rewards. Please help. Thank you

    Happened last year as well, just scroll down using the D-pad and select the second or third item. You will then be able to collect the rewards from the chest.
