Good morning and good night, my Name is Mcklaud i play as a HR since mod 9 my dicussion os because since mod 16 HR hav a lot of issues since cooldown storm recovery not working as intend, and sometimes the hindering strike hits no damage, i dont know if as a frame rate buged pra somenthing else. And another thing is Cryptic pleasssseeee make HR strong again like u r buff a lot of classes i beg of you hahah xD
