Reroll Token Bug

Reroll Tokens can no longer be used after completing dungeon, trail and skirmish queues and instead is telling me to spend astral diamonds instead to reroll loot. I contacted support and they say that it is a gameplay bug and to file a bug report here.

    it happened to me too, always show spend astral diamond

    It has been over a month and still this bug has yet to be addressed by the devs. I now have over 500 reroll tokens that I can't use. One of the big reason I am a VIP is for the tokens so I can reroll for better items. Now it feels like just a waste.

    It shows the Astral Diamond icon. I keep all my AD in my shared bank. Reroll tokens work just fine for me.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.
