Upgrading Enchantment in rank is broken

I can't upgrade my R14 enchantment to R15.

1. no reagents are shown
2. a successful upgrade seems to reset the refinement window
3. a failure shows the failure message
4. the % of success is missing

I have the same issue if I want to upgrade R13 Vorpal to R14.

    Same. i think this happens because you dont have enough of the marks/reagents, which sadly doesnt show up in preview. I had to look up in live to upgrade my enchantments to know what reagents to buy.
