Trade Bar Merchant: epic insignias 'of Fortitude' missing in store

Basically the title.

The store contains every insignia type and combination except the 'of Fortitude' (hp / def) ones.
Is this intended?

    It's not a bug, fortitude-brutality and the 3. one that's almost important to remember or look it up is not in the store, because those are from premium Zen packs.

    True, I didnt notice that brutality was also missing.

    Do you know what the 3rd is?
