  Had same bug.
  
  @jocat No, new reagents to upgrade insignias instead of 4xb, 8xg and possible from green rarity.

  Thanks for the report! We've got this issue, and the other issue that you've mentioned about how you can't upgrade your Enchantment while it's slotted in your gear.

  I'm adding this here because it's probably the same bug.
  
  If you try to get a stack of insignias from your bank or mail it tries to unstack them because they are in this weird refinement state. But the game only checks the first bag you have space in, resulting in people being unable to get insignias from their bank/mail getting an error that there is no space in their inventory.
  For example:
  If you try to get a 10 stack of insignias from you bank and only have 9 slots in your first back it tells you that your inventory is full, even if the rest of you inventory is empty. Drag and drop from the bank keeps the stack together and therefore works.
