Apparence item not working

So i bought the scarf of embelishment from the tales event just to use it as a transmog but it isnt working, it doesnt show in game, but it does shows in the character selection screen, i submited a ticket and they told me to post here.

    I also had my chicken visage disappear from my inventory after this recent update.

    Hello! @darkazacin024! The scarf of embellishment issue has been reported but we have no ETA on when it will be resolved.

    @dijingrey the Chicken Visage was meant to only last 30 days.

    Well, the missing chicken thief seems to be at it again...

    This is 2022 and every single "hard earned" chicken visage is missing on my whole account :-(

    I would think that maybe cryptic just never resolved this issue, but I still see toons in the game using their chicken visage, even today...

    How are all of mine gone, but others are still available to change themselves into sweet cuddly chickens?

    I chose vegetarianism decades ago to save these poor souls;
