ME Boss Red Zones Messed Up

About half the bosses red zones in ME’s now, on PS4 at least, are totally hitting outside of the displayed red zone. The video below is of the Rakshograth but also, all of the bosses that have a charge, if you are standing way behind them when they charge in the opposite direction the red zone is showing, you still get ran over even though they charge in the completely opposite direction.

Happens to all of my toons who run MEs.

    This was happening in REDQ today .Vallindras Tower map . I was definitely outside her red attack zone and still went flying . I even mentioned it in chat as odd .
