How do you start Undermountain quest when there is no letter to read by Sargent Knox

Please advise as to why we are unable to start Undermountain

    Assuming your Level is 70+, did you try checking where he used to be? He used to be where Sybella is now.

    Yes went to both places both myself and my game partner , we have tried for a week hoping it was a glitch

    Only thing I can suggest then is try seeing if you can start the Campaign from the Campaign Menu, or try going to Moonstone Mask if you have the quest started. If none of this works, submit a ticket to customer service.

    I know this may be too obvious but do you have the required item level?
