Watcher Set Mod18: still buggy?

Hey there.

Is the Watcher Set still bugged in Mod18? I am especially asking for ToMM. Burnished or Watcher in ToMM? Because I heard that there is a bug that the bonus stats disappear after 10 min in combat.

    @demarw2#2749 My Alliance mates and I tested this in Dec2019 for Watcher and the bonus only last 10mins.

    Burnished prefer 2nd choice for ToMM if you don't have Lionsheart yet.
