battle of sharadar cant be complete

I'm having issues with Battle of Sharadar where i can not turn in my quest after i have picked up my Feydark crystals that i noticed how it will not let me release the Feywild Energy into the water where this has been bugged for days on my cleric after i had finished Realm of Malabog where i have not got my 30 gold Crescents 45 Feywild sparks Exp where i have been nothing but frustrated over annoying quest

    Are you unable to interact with the water or when you interact nothing happens? Do you have any campaign tasks to do in the campaign window?

    yeah wasn't sure why it was happening to me but when i tried doing it three times after 3:00am i got nothing and thought maybe the quest was bugged out or something since i haven't had any issues after that
