New patch bugs!?

So, chat is not working. Assuming that's an Xbox live issue. All my mail is gone. I'm in despair! All friends show up as offline.
Has this been reported?

Yeah my character to character mail randomly vanishes completely. Some characters it reappears on after a second or two, others it's gone entirely.

Quite a few of our Alliance members mails have also gone in their entirety, along with all of mine in 4 toons and one of my mails contains prizes for our siege contest worth 6.5mill AD is also now missing!!

Hopefully it is just a sync issue between Xbox Account and our Cryptic server data given the issues on Xbox live this evening....

Xbox status says it is fixed now (1.20am UK), yet party chats still do not work, and neither can many of us view peoples Xbox profiles, so clearly there are still issues somewhere.

Back in January, when module 18 landed on PC.

Sorry but my husband told Cryptic that while this seemed "limited" to those using Linux on PC, the bug could come around to bite them on the butt elsewhere.

All my mail now back, So yeah guess it was a sync issue with the Xbox live issues we had last night. All is well my end now

I think you misunderstand, the Party voice chat issues we had were xbox related, not Cryptic. Only the mail disappearing was an in game issue, which has now seemed to resolve itself.

I had this issue with the mail. All my mail disappeared for well over a hour. The only mail there was messages I had deleted almost a year ago. One of my alliance members checked hers and hers was gone as well. I removed all my items because the mail is still acting all wonky since the patch on Thursday.

Hey folks, please let me know if anyone still hasn't had their mail recovered. Updates to console can sometimes cause a delay in some stuff populating.
