Perverse Engineering Quest Yields No Currency

Perverse Engineering Quest in Avernus didn't give Crests or Writings. This happened on another character but I only realized after the fact and wasn't sure which quest didn't give the currency. Here I turned the quest in just after Braziers of Avernus, which did give the correct rewards.
