Cleric trippy broken animation and movement after praying

1) Log in to a Cleric
2) Make sure if you're Devout the feat that allows praying while moving isn't slotted
2) Run forward, press R1 ( = Tab on PC / right bumper on Xbox One (don't know if it's the same behaviour on other platforms)
Observed Result:
Trippiest and and glitchiest animation and movement I have ever seen in any game, feels like the game stops running briefly, followed by warp speed
Expected Result:
Smooth animation and movement like in Mod 16 & 17, with a brief stop while praying and/or absorbing pips

Would it be possible for you to attach a video of this strange occurrence? o.O I am not seeing the same warp speed effect when channeling divinity and walking.
