1. Did not do event last year.
2. Can do mortar and dogs without issue.
3. When attempting to do red letter have issue when giving letter to fledgling buyer, it does not clear as done, the other 2 clear. Am able to turn in mortars and dogs. Have abandoned quest and re-accepted on its own. Same result. First day I was able to successfully complete. Since "fix", not been able to complete.
4. I have already lost out on 3 days.
Doing fresh install, as no similar bug reported elsewhere.
