Quest "A box for Knox" bug

Hi. Simply, i can't obtain quest "A box for Knox" for one of my char. Requirements are of course fulfil (story line for workshop).
Any ideas?

    What is your highest level profession, excluding gathering?

    In this case it's 70 (jewelcrafting)

    Did you bring the wine from the bar and put that in the box in the workshop?

    Bottle of wine appears in my inventory, this item hasn't any inscription and no quest has been given to me.

    That means you did not put that in the box in the workshop.
    There is a box close to the table surrounding with chairs close to the entrance. F it.
    After that, talk to your retainer who will give you something.
    You pick that up from the bench table.
    After that, the owner will appear and give you the "A box for Knox" quest.

    I assume you did that before with other toon (as you implied the other toon got the Knox quest).

    Picking up the wine from the bar is a much later quest, leading up to the final upgrade. Box For Knox is earlier, IIRC. Part of the chain of quests that lead to the sending stone? Where you have to make something and then give it Knox?

    I have just done that recently with one toon who did not have the stone. I got tired to go to the workshop to do the work for that toon. Hence, I decide to get the task but I did not have the task. I checked what workshop task I did not do. Only one task and it was the wine task. After that, the sequence of event was described above.

    This toon is a brand new toon and had no fathering professional experience. It did every profession including gathering from scratch. I use it to do low level task to make cheap material and gold for others. Hence, most of his work is to burn through the daily moral, 5 unit every time. Hence, his crafting time was in the workshop.

    It has been awhile since I did the sending stone chain. Have done the level 4 upgrade recently and that required going to pick up the wine at the bar where Karmela is holding a cutscene. I don't remember going to a bar before that, but as I said, it's been a while.

    I have this problem only with one char. All others toons was created in times, when old system was implemented to neverwinter and they have got already artisans on 70 lvl.

    And allof them obtains this quest, exept this one.

    Is it possible, that they raise cap to 80 lvl for professions and artisans and that's reason for this problem?

    My new toon was created after the level 80 profession was introduced.
    I have toon that has grandfather profession but did not start to do the new workshop profession until after level 80 profession was introduced.

    Both did not have your issue.
