Dark Descent ( quest giver )

Hi guys, noob here, lol. I am trying to finish the undermountain campaign .I am at the first Vanrakdoom chart but it says to complete quest "dark Descent " first. I cannot for my life, find how/where to start this quest .

GREATLY appreciate any help !!!!

    Talk to Obaya. Talk to Helion Moonstar. Go to Vanrakdoom. Talk to NPCs as you come across them that want to talk.
