appearance tab slots full but nothing at all saved.

on my wiz it wont let me save anything to the main weapon slot for appearance. i keep getting the message slot full delete something. I deleted appearence items from that slot on multiple toons and even the only items i had saved on my wiz but still wont let me add the new item
