PVP Boon Role Reversal Bugged

This was mentioned on PC. Just confirming it has carried over to console. The top boon on the 3rd tier of pvp boons Role Reversal is bugged for DPS. Their incoming damage is reduced far more than the listed 5%, making DPS nearly unkillable. PVP is pointless at this point as more people are catching on to this glitch. Matches are not fair until this is fixed. Thanks.
