cant sell zen for AD

Just got some zen and want astral diamonds, but its saying "Due to the recent purcahse activity, your accoutn is temporarly unable to sell zen". Anyway I can fix this?

    You've probably bought the Zen via steam or something similar and they are waiting for the $$ transaction to occur, Wait a little while and it should be OK

    Yeah, making sure the game gets the money before you can spend what you got is idiocy. I mean it isn't like in the past people would buy through Steam, get their zen, and then rescind the Steam purchase.
