  Any I think, I tried with alabaster/watcher, DC in alliance first spotted it when he removed his old weapon. Remove the offhand, and crit severity drops 7.5% on either alabaster or watcher that I confirm. I'll take screen shots once home in game.

  This bug has been reported before, repeatedly. It affects ALL offhand weapon modifications. It gives 7.5% crit sev instead of 10%. This has been thought to be caused by a link to BASE crit sev which starts at 75%, instead of just giving 10%, like every single other source of crit sev in the game. https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1251373/sw-offhand-critical-severity-feature-not-working-as-expected

  I can confirm this is true, I just went in and tested it myself as per this thread, I changed over to crit severity today on my Alabaster offhand so noticed this thread, so I logged in just now, un-equipped the offhand while I watched my crit severity stat and it went backwards 7.5% not 10%.
