Thaumaturge wizard - bugs with the 4th feats and Critical Conflagration

Hello
I found out that both 4th feats, namely Critical Burn and Chilling Advantage are bugged.
1) Chilling Advantage (Your critical severity is increased by 4% for each chill stack on the target) doesn't change critical severity at all (tested on dummy, preview server, 10/10/2019).
2) Critical Burn works almost fine when Critical Conflagration is off : critical Smolder and Rimefire Smolder get 23.5% more damage (should be 25%). However when it's on, in fact always, critical Rimefire Smolder triggered by Ray of Frost doesn't get this 25% buff. No bug with critical Smolder or with Rimefire triggered by icy Terrain.
Critical Conflagration has other pending bugs, like triggering smolder only on 1 target with aoe spells, and triggering smolder with very low critical rate with certain spells (chilling cloud, arcane encounter spells). The only thing working well, is the 10% critical severity bonus...
