Lost Scrolls of the Void...How do you get them?

Rishindar, an NPC in Stardock, is looking to sell you items in exchange for x amount of "Lost Scrolls of the Void". I really, really want the 'Little Linda: a goristro so tiny, he's adorable'. Does anyone know what you have to do, or go, or kill to collect these scrolls? I have looked all over the internet and this forum and cannot find anything about these scrolls.
