Is there any pont in doing them after getting 2x alabaster and the various armor parts you want/need?

Would be neat to see what exactly you can get so i know if there is anything i may have missed

    Check Undermountain zone reward to see what you can get.
    However, with mod 17, you probably should do WE and FE more.

    You can get the lvl 1000 armor, Staff of Flowers and Music Box from Zok (and his beauty smile).
    If getting lucky you can have the artifacts for you or gain some nice AD by selling them at AH.

    The drop rate of decent stuff one does not own yet is pitiously low. If I couldn't get Coalesced Magicks and buy my whole Wyvern Set, I'd likely not run MEs any more.
