Arbiter Cleric Perfect Balance doesn't work

I have tried it multiple times on dummy but perfect balance feat no longer procs. Is anyone else having similar issues? I will try again tomorrow but without this feat, most of us won't be able to even do Lomm or anything with our AC's.

    There is a well-known bug that sometimes Perfect Balance stacks up to 6 and never procs. There are two simple, unhelpful ways to clear the bug, either by killing your character or waiting one minute for both Radiant and Fire stacks to expire.

    This bug has been around since Mod16 launched and there's no ETA on a fix.

    It's 4 stacks now but yh i do notice that PB gets bugged now and then and it really is frustrating to hell since your left with an empty div bar as you expected PB to proc.

    Yup, that's the bug that it stacks to 6 instead of 4. I agree it's frustrating.
