    I hear if you beat the live version of tomm on the first try with no deaths you get 1 :P

    This companion is unobtainable. Another companions like Book Imp and War Boar* are in same situation

    I am missing it too - got over 160 companions, but not that one...and I'm fine with it. It required a lot of effort to get, and those who did obtain it deserve it for all their work.

    Hoping for improvements...

    I don't think that anyone of those that got it, still play the game. Interestingly, that without the foundry on consoles, this companion is simply in the ZEN store.

    The Icosahedron (and with it the book imp IIRC though I think there was one promotion for the book imp) were a foundry reward, without the foundry they are actually not available from any source at all on PC.

    I earned the Foundry Stalwart title a day before M16 launched, but since the launch I can't claim it on any alts. Only characters who I switched to before the launch have it.
