Cloaked Ascendancy Campaign Buyout

Bought the campaign buyout for Cloaked Ascendancy and used it. Doing so only netted me 1 boon point, instead of the 4 boon points available. So now, I am missing 3 boon points, as I have no way to obtain them now.
With the 70 boon point maximum, I am only missing the 4 boon points from Aquisitions Campaign, so I should be at 66 boon points... I am at 63.
