Armor Penetration is still all crazy, CR requiring 97,000 armor pen to not be mitigated, and codg requiring 78,000 AFTER BEING SCALED, who made these numbers up?????

Welcome to MMOs in general these days. Unless the company has the funds of maybe Blizzard, this is how it is for pretty much all MMOs. It just feels like more with Neverwinter, as they push out the content generally faster than other MMOs.

It's not just limited to games either. Even programs like Windows 10 have issues that go unaddressed for months.

Show me a perfect, bug free program that has millions of lines of code, and I'll... well, I don't know what I'll do. But I'm pretty sure that none exists.

It doesn't happen because coding is hard, it happens because we've learned to accept it, and studios have learned that they can get away with it.

I play a lot of early access games on Steam, and off the top of my head, I can think of a number of studios that have enough pride in their work to be mortified when bugs show up in an update even though it's expected in early access - Hinterland Studios, MuHa Games, Suncrash, just off the top of my head - and those bugs are always dealt with if not within hours, within days. And when it happens, they're quick to apologize because they have pride in their work, love for their product, and respect for the players who support them.

Edit: Oh, Warframe by Digital Extremes - speaking of massive amounts of clean code.
