Level 71 - 80 Gathering Tasks only yield 1 per task?

Most (if not all) of the Gathering tasks for 1-70 on live currently yield 12 units per run of the task.
On Preview currently, though, all Gathering Tasks for 71-80 materials only yield 1 unit per run with the exception of Regalia Sand (yields 12).
Is this intended or a oversight on the task yield outs? At the current rate of gathering, Lvl 71-80 crafts will be mostly dead in the water aside from use as transmute, as the cost to produce will far outweigh the profit to sell for fresh 80s to use as placeholder gear.
