Tenebrous enchantment percentages

Did some testing on tenebrous, and it does proc on ACT. However, it seems to be at around 5.625% instead of 8%, when I did a few tests of 1-2k swings. Also, they do not stack, or stack correctly. Having 2 rank 15's, does not give 8% each, it was still procing at around the same as having 1 slotted. When adding a weapon enchantment like a lightning, it looks to proc a few times from the arc's, but in the end % is still low. Tried testing a slower solo at-will, it did proc more, around 10-11% from one. Do they have a 1-2 sec cooldown that isn't in tooltip? Or do moves that hit multiple targets get treated differently? But a rank 15(8%), procs around 5.6%, regardless if you have 1 more. Ran a LOMM, OP had 1 rank 15 slotted, compared to my 2 15's, and their tenebrous did almost exact damage for the dungeon.

you have to have all different ranks... rank 11 (4%), 12 (5%), 13 (6%), 14 (7%), 15 (8%) to give you a total of 30% chance of highest rank to proc...

The 8% by itself isn't procing 8%. Tried adding a 3% to it, didn't change the % at all. When using the at will on barb relentless slash only, can almost guarantee 5.625% on more than 1k hits, regardless if you have a different rank to with the rank 15.

it has a 1 second icd iirc, hence the higher proc rate w/ slower attacks.

So it has a cooldown and doesn't stack?

It stacks but you fight the cooldown long before the proc

    i tested mine out today with rank 11 (4%), 12 (5%), 13 (6%), 14 (7%), 15 (8%) and it triggered 18 times for 24000 in 60 seconds for a total damage of 432,000

So, 3x R15 no working for ~~30% chance? enchantments of the same rank still don’t stack?
    Ranks 11 (4%), 12 (5%), 13 (6%), 14 (7%), 15 (8%) takes a lot of offense slots..

I'm using just 1, don't think it procs as much as it should, but still 4% usually of my dps on ACT. Using 2, see no difference.

What type of rotations are you using with Tenebrous to make sure it procs every chance it gets? Example: For Warlocks, and lord knows we need all the help we can get in our current state, do we slot blades for a lawnmower style build to get it to proc every chance it gets? Is it even worth it to stack? I mean an extra 400,000 every min is like another single encounter I guess. Thoughts?

Just use one. Devs screwed this up a long time ago and either do not have the ability or will to fix.

True stark i noticed that thing too that it proc around 3% with one active, based on max hits and tenebrous procs hits, in a dungeon

the cooldown should be the issue*

Tested again some more. Went with a slow attack, brazen slash in fighter tank. On multiple tests, 500+ hits on 1 target dummy, procd anywhere from 7-11% with just 1 rank 15. With rank 14 and 15, anywhere between 12-15%. Rank 13-14-15, 14-15.75%. Only thing that makes some sense, is if the 2nd and 3rd only get 1/2 of the %? So 8% from 15, 3.5% from 14 and 3% from 13, maybe? But never seen any test come close to 21% with a 13-14-15.
