Protector's Hospitality group use changed?

If I remember correctly in past years when one of these was used while in a group each member of said group would get drops. This year only the person targeted gets a drop. The tool tip text still reads "Nearby players will receive: [Protector's Jubilee Gift]. Stress PLAYERS.

    Hmm, I haven't been a real big user of this in the past, because the event has no new rewards really since the first time I ran it. However I recall that last year when I used the Hospitality drops, I was teaming up with just one other person and we were trading Hosps.

    The winter prize drops are for the whole team, but I thought hospitality was more "Clink glasses and share a drink with target" sorta thing.

    Hospitalities have always been for one person only.

    You target that person while grouped and they get the reward. Doesn't matter if you're grouped with 1 person or 4, only who you target.
