10% outgoing healing - Necklace of Loyal Commander

Companion equipment, says 10% outgoing healing, My outgoing healing stat remains with same when combat starts i get companions stats on power etc, but not on healing, is it working as intended? or broke.

    Your pet heals 10% more. It doesn't buff the player.

    your supposed to get 70% of the pets 10% outgoing healing.

    Equip bonuses generally didn't function with bondings.

    Gravestriker rings were a major exception, but even those were stat bonuses, not % effectiveness.

    Dominion - Paladin

    Given how <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> companion heals are you'd think they'd let it apply to you. Even if only via bondings
