    I was playing fine, logged out to pick kid up from school. Came back logged in bought Zen and then it crashed and gave me the unable to authenticate. Spectrum Central US

    Comcast PNW - can log into the Arc Client - hence my ability to see/post to the forum - but not into the game itself.

    Seriously, my proxy was set to none, reinstalled client/game still, same issue - Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out

    so how about repairing routing on that 198.49.243.237 (or the accountserver itself ;) ):x

    Is clearly no client issue thanks therealprotex for pointing it out i stuck also on that server
