I have heard these are bugged at different ranks. Are ranks 14 and 15 safe to refine to? I currently have 3 at rank 13...

    i have 1x rank 13, and it works properly. around 9-10% of my dmg

    are you sure? they seem to be broken for me and everyone else. what platform are you on?

    They still seem broken. Anyone having luck with Tenebrous? I bought 6 early in the mod, between 2 characters, and now have to live with them.

    Edit: Are they aware that Radiant is the only real option for offensive enchants???

    Tomorrow's patch comes with doubled stats on all enchantments and runestone. Either they are not aware (not likely) or they are and are actively pushing players into radiants.

    They are aware... internal testing had fixed teneberous, as they work on owlbear. A patch or 3 more n they should be fine.

    I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!
