CW Bugs

Based on a recent 1 rune solo ME run, Armor Penetration isn't being counted for some CW powers: Icy Terrain, Storm Spell, Oppressive Force, Shard Slam. I'm capped on armor penetration for level 80 ME's. So any explanations? See ACT graph: https://ibb.co/KzG0jS0

    Yes. Since this isn't LOMM ( only about 70k).

    Not worrying about Critical hits, worried that the old entity powers are ignoring armor penetration.

    Side note, but you don’t benefit from more than 68k in LOMM. CA is the only offensive counter-stat with a higher ceiling.

    A bug I haven't seen since the first week or so, CW getting stuck, unable to move, in ME. Anyone encountered this recently?

    no, I've not got stuck on my CW, but I've gotten stuck on my Barbarian.

    On wizard, the bug prevents you from moving at all using the WASD keys. Teleporting works normally but unlike the previous 'stuck' bug, no longer breaks the movement lock. Only going to character select (not feasible in MEs) or finishing the maps fixes the issue. Is that what you are experiencing on barbarian? (ignoring teleport ofc)

    If you use GM Help to kill yourself in the ME you are still stucked after dead?

    I went and looked at my ACT individual damage entries, and the 50% is from dodge despite a 70k accuracy. For you Fireball users, it has that problem also.

    Mobs deflect also opressive force.
