Arcturia's Music Box artifact 3 set bonus does not work properly

The way set bonus works it procs additional dmg number of 15% of hit you did for example if you do 100k hit with your skill it will proc additional hit for 15k now if you using any weapon enchantment it procs of the weapon enchantment bonus dmg only

so it procs of that 4.5% bonus dmg only which makes the set absolutely useless,example

ability deals 66007 dmg but set only procs of vorpal weapon enchantments bonus dmg

    Suggestion for a fix:Make the set bonus don't proc from weapon enchantments bonus damage at all.This will not make the artifact set effectively do 15% more damage because it still doesn't proc of stuff like rangers call of the storm(lightning enchanted weapons) and plenty of other proc sources from other classes but it will make the set bonus actually do something instead of doing essentially NOTHING when you have weapon enchantment equipped.Only procing from weapon enchantment bonus damage make the set do not even 1% dmg,we talking like 0.1% instead of 15%.

    Also reported same issue, can one of the mods please verify this issue has been passed along the grapevine..?

    As op said - expensive. Box - 1.6million, neck 300k, waist 600k - plus refinement cost...
    No idea what my toon is now.

    Same issue also happens with Barbarian's Steel Blitz class feature. Steel blitz procs from either at-wills, or weapon enchantment damage procs.

    [Combat (Self)] Your Relentless Slash deals 7012 Physical Damage to Target Dummy.
    [Combat (Self)] Your Vorpal Weapon deals 316 Arcane Damage to Target Dummy.
    [Combat (Self)] Your Steel Blitz deals 316 Physical Damage to Target Dummy.

    [Combat (Self)] Your Relentless Slash deals 5082 Physical Damage to Target Dummy.
    [Combat (Self)] Your Vorpal Weapon deals 229 Arcane Damage to Target Dummy.
    [Combat (Self)] Your Steel Blitz deals 229 Physical Damage to Target Dummy.

    [Combat (Self)] Your Relentless Slash deals 6190 Physical Damage to Target Dummy.
    [Combat (Self)] Your Vorpal Weapon deals 279 Arcane Damage to Target Dummy.
    [Combat (Self)] Your Steel Blitz deals 6190 Physical Damage to Target Dummy.
