Problems with Major power armor kit +1?

I dont know about others, but yesterday I used 3 x Major power armor kit +1 on armor, boots and arms and they did.... nothing. Or at last nothint in the tooltip. I cant check now if the power is added in the total pool but in the tooltip it doesnt appear.

After that I used a Major Combat advantage kit +1 in the neck item and it appears "modified: + X Combat advantage" so that seems working as intended.

I would like to know if other players have this problem, maybe is because the armor, bots and arms are transmuted, I dont know but is a big issue if the item is consumed and not working.

    They add power to the armor piece, but it does not show on the tooltip. This is a visual bug.

    I've only used Major Power Armor Kits +1 with the new gear in Mod 16 like you have, so can't say about any other gear ..
