Well of dragons

Cult prison I try 5 times last night to get in and it just stayed there for ever trying to patch 4 files. The only way I could fix it on my end was load the game in safe mode. I it kicked me out of the Dungeon. I noticed that other people where going in but I did not see anything in zone chat that there was a problem with loading screen patching. But I feel that some one needs to look into this I can not finish a quest for my weekly.
