Boss stuck under floor in ME

in Bug Reports (PC)
Purple worm at the end of MEx can get stuck under the floor level and not be damaged by players.

    happened to me when I used the Barb daily that slams to the ground. First time it hid until the AoE earthquake part finished then popped up, like a good minute. Then the second time it never came back up.
