Artifact off-hand powers can't be purchased after the first one power.

Pretty much what it says, unlock the first one, and that's it. Doesn't matter how may boxes you have left. So my Barbarian unlocks AP gain, but can't unlock any more.

    And all the artifact powers and stat bonuses (like + 432 Combat Advantage) are cleared, that were previously unlocked on existing artifact weaons/off-hands (other than the ones actually slotted when the toon was copied to preview)

    Same issue for me but managed to purchase two before saying that i could not purchase any more.
    Also all existing unlocks were cleared leaving 0 unlocked.

    Yeah, make sure you set your weapon & offhand the way you want them before the mod drops, since this is buggy.

    Same I couldn't get past no. 4 on my CW offhand (Undermountain Talisman) despite having AD and cubes left, could only change the active with AD see link to pic

    I then tried my Fanged Quiilipia which was set to Accuracy and I was unable to change any.

    Good to know that I'm not the only one who sees this. Its on live now and I suspect more will get frustrated with this development AND almost a month after it was reported.

    On top of that - cant see any stats added - so bonuses not seem to work.

    And - on live I had all slots opened both main and off heand - its all gone now :/

    Not sure if bug or work as intended.
