BUG::-No bonding proc when in combat

My stats remain the same whether i am in combat or not.
I have verified this many, based on the fact that bonding procs only when my companion uses his powers.

    Not any more, they're always on like eldritch were, you should also notice your stats when not fighting are much higher

    Yeah my stats are definitely much higher than they should be, so this is a bug or this is just how the bonding will be now

    The latter, with the added effect they now work in augments
