  I suspect the antiquities dealer is a placeholder for now.
  
  Yesterday in Discord Terramak said he can't confirm if there will be any enchantment swapping given in Mod 16 so I suspect it might not have been intentional for the antiquities dealer to be available. That or Malley simply meant he couldn't discuss the specifics of the exchanges.
