Can't get MW4 Alchemy Quest

I completed 3 some time ago and decided to progress it today and can't find the quest. I have taken other professions to 5 but this one is elusive.
I checked that I have purchased the mw3 recipe book. GH is 20. I checked in the SH and Port but nothing. Nothing in the journal.
Thoughts?
