I cannot seem to complete Infiltration Beholder convention Find Dargmox's Lost Treasure

I get all the way thru the quest steps until the Disguise breaks down and I'm force to vanquish my drunken beholder buddy, leaving me with the "Find Dargmox's Lost Treasure" step. I've search the entire area, can find nothing to interact with, I've killed every single Drow, no drops.

Anyone have any tips?

    The chest is underneath the large mushroom, hidden by a few other mushrooms, to the right of the dais where you fight the first drow mobs, in the opposite direction from the docks.

    Thanks...I had to drop the quest and start from scratch, but I found the chest after following your direction....again, thanks so much

    I had issues with this one too - I found the chest but it wasn't interactive. I had to drop and redo the quest a couple times. Didn't have the problem for the last couple weeks though.
