I did not get my 5 keys yesterday after I bought 1000 worth of zen please help

    They've temporarily disabled the ability to claim the keys because there was a bug that allowed the players to claim the keys on multiple toons. It'll be reinstated as soon as the bug is fixed, but that won't be until after the holiday.
