Mod 15 sabo feats that are useless....

I mentioned in testing server that a few feats changed would be worthless, but as always no one listened.
Paragon power for saboteur SNEAKY STABBER should not increase stealth regeneration by an additional 2/4/6/8/10%. Why? Because if you are in stealth this doesn't help you keep stealth, and if you are out of stealth it's not going to help you gain stealth faster. Its pointless.
Solution:
Please Make sneaky stabber work as it did before mod 15. So each gloaming strike you do directly adds a chunk of stealth back to the stealth bar.

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

Though sabo never really made much sense in a group anyway. Needs bigger buffs for back attacks.
