Former Developer Title

Greetings Adventurers!

A couple months ago we introduced the "Former Developer" title to the forums. While this is still a WIP, I wanted to provide some background on what that title means.

When Devs leave the Neverwinter team, either for another team or for other opportunities outside the company, we leave it up to them to decide on whether they want to do a formal goodbye to the community. We also understand that the community may have questions as to the status of Developers, especially if they notice someone has stopped engaging with the community or hasn't logged in. In order to address this concern, and to acknowledge the contributions that these developers brought to the game, we created the title of "Former Developer".

This honorary title will not be retroactive (with the exception of special circumstances) and will only be applied to a Dev's primary forum engagement account.

BTW, the old forums had both the "Former Developer", and a "Former Moderator" too (iirc). Perhaps good opportunity to re-add that back too.
And perhaps "Former Community Manager" as there are many posts, and announcements made by now former CMs and at a glance there is no way to tell it was an official post. They are also only few of them so marking them retroactively shoudln't be an issue.

"Departed Developer" might also be a good title for those who are... well... "corporeally challenged".
