This is currently not working on the live server. If it is already fixed on preview, you can close this post (moderators).

Please, make sure you fix this before Mod 15 goes live. Steal Time in the Mastery slot is amazing.

I also highly recommend making its duration much longer. Even if it was 10 seconds, it would not break the game. However, it would definitely be fun and awesome!

Edit: To clarify, the run speed and yellow aura lasts for less than 1 second. Something happened with a recent patch and now it is only lasting for a fraction of a second. You can't even notice it unless you are paying attention.

    Update: Steal Time works (like it did before) in leveling content. I ran a random GWD. Then I went to intermediate queue/advanced/weeklies, and it was not working again. That might help you (developers) figured out what changed.

    The best way to describe it is...

    That yellow aura/run speed buff just basically blinks on you now.

    I did not test the Combat Advantage buff, nor does it matter. People only use it for the nice speed boost.

    on preview its only giving 1 arcane mastery and not giving 1 arcane mastery for each target it hits like live version.
