Travellers supply campfires

I notice that these fires have bars to fill similar to the shrines in omu. Is there some benefit to filling these all the way? Trigger a heroic or more omens or cards or posters? I've filled 1 up but noticed nothing different. Do they all have to be filled at the same time?

    I've noticed that if they're totally empty, they essentially aren't a campfire - no re-pop on death and no fast healing.

    I've filled one with nothing special happening, but I cannot say whether the others in the zone were full at the time.
